Still no rain

Rain was forecast for this afternoon so we headed out early from the cottage and into the hills. Very quiet as usual, although plenty of work going on in the fields and a few tractors passed us on the road before turning onto the tracks.
Took lots of shots of scenery and animals, then heading home looking across to the village the washing on the line caught my eye, very trusting when rain was forecast to put it out.
Passed some bee hives just off a shooting track and for some reason a few of them attacked, my husband getting four stings, most strange. The extra was top of the hill and lunch.
