Moody Hues

We headed to the Boathouse for an end of holiday lunch treat by S and D today, with J K and N (poor K was working),The weather was milder but as they say up here dreich.
The view of the canal from the restaurant is lively in the summer however in January the water is still with no hustle and bustle as the boats are mainly tied up for the winter. Quite broody looking.
Anyhoo...... Its murder trying to get the kids back into some sort of routine before the holidays finish, but it has to be done, anyone got a whip and chair?......
