It was a fine late summer's morning for golf and, after my now customary shaky start, I managed to play pretty steadily.

Kate & Sophie came over to meet one of Kate's work colleagues and her sons at the outdoor pool this morning and, as Sophie is having a sleepover, we treated ourselves to an early dinner at Wetherspoon's.
