Headed into Broughty Ferry today for a haircut this morning as I'd not bothered with my usual pre-christmas cut. Every little bit helps towards the first diet weigh in ;)

Been a pretty rubbish day today weather wise, all overcast and grey, so this is the only shot I had in the bag.

This diet lark is expensive. We spent a fortune on food this morning (lots of ingredients etc) and are just back from Lakeland having bought several bits and pieces we needed, including a tagine pot and a 28cm le creuset casserole pot. My logic is if we spend that much then we bloody better use the dammed thing cooking healthy meals!

Diet Log:

Breakfast: 90g special K red berries. Apparently it should only be 30g, so my portion was a massive 520k.
Lunch: 2 x ham salad sandwiches made with danish, followed by some fruit. Total 424k
Dinner: Hairy Bikers Fakeaway Sweet & Sour Chicken 288k + 100k for the rice.

Snack: Banana (100k).

Pretty much on track. Ive set an agressive 1200-1300k a day at the moment as my target, using MyFitnessPal on the iPhone to keep track of what im eating, which is great as you can just scan barcodes to keep track of what you've been eating, including whole meals.

Sweet & Sour was very tasty BTW.
