Back In Action
Jo0hn and I were happy to see the Sons back in action today, having missed that fantastic mid week game. Thankfully our colds are a bit better and we were able to travel down the Rest and Be Thankful to Dumbarton.
A miserable, wet and windy day, both of us well wrapped up against the cold and ready to cheer on our team, well not quite as our throats were still not quite ready for that. Not that it stopped John from giving the referee and linesmen some helpfuul " advice".
Not a win today but a close game with only one goal in it to Dunfermline in 60 seconds. Still we played a lot better as the result against them in Novemeber was a 5-1 loss for us.
Partick Thistle next week, can we hold out as well against them.
My good blip friend Alasdair will be delighted to see his team , Greenock Morton at the top of the league today.
Meant to say that it's amazing that footballers in flight after a high ball always seem to look as if theyare performing a ballet.
