Haweswater Stars
Took a drive to Haweswater in the opening hours today. Best stars I've seen in a couple of months, though it was a bit cloudy. I took this looking down from the bridge by the waterfall on the hillside road, it took quite a bit of time to get the exposure perfect. Although I'm not sure if I'd ever bother using bulb for over 30 seconds, the noise is just too much; both thermal and high ISO. A lot of people seem to mistake light pollution for the rising sun, there's a lot of light pollution in Cumbria, it's even more visible on long exposures.
