Comme-ci, Comme-ca = Underselling

Because the patisserie Comme-ci, Comme-ca is no average bakery. Alex had intended to get up early, I knew that was pretty much never going to happen but we still made it to the patisserie for a brunch style time. Got a few pastries, got Alex to make me a coffee and sat down for crosswords and sporcle. Bit of a lazy day but I wasn't complaining. In the evening, went to Asda to get ingredients for baking and cooking - a carbonara and a chocolate and banana bread. Carbonara was amazing, chocolate and banana bread had a few more issues such as me putting in self-raising flour and baking powder and margerine to counteract my error resulting in a flat, oily cake. It still, surprisingly, tasted good!
