Very proudly prepared by the local juice shop. A nice mix of fruit. It’s run by Egyptians and they’re always kind and friendly.

An afternoon at work, working on a report and then two buses to get home. Happy to discover that during the day, the bus that is a short walk from work, runs regularly. This should save some money as in the evenings we have to rely on (expensive) taxis. Economising where I can while work is quiet.

A good session with my trainer who’s noted I’m no longer drained and a light dinner at the club. It’s a bit cooler so sitting out in the evenings is possible.
