Hello 2013

Hooray.. I have another blip. Ha.... This certainly isn't a high photographic time of year here, but really thought I'd give it a try today. You can't go wrong with fungi :) I noticed it because of the green color it has. It is inside a stump so not the best light for photography.

The new year has started off decently. We've had a couple of forecast for snow, only manage to have a flurry or two, then it's drab for a few days. We actually had more snow in October than anytime in December.

I think I may rename my journal or my name here. I feel it's time for a change in that. So don't be surprised one day when a new name shows up somewhere. That is if I can think of something that I like. Which I may not.

Tonight got to see the holiday special of Call the Midwife.. (which is such a favorite show of mine) and the new season of Downton Abbey finally starts here in about an hour.
