What I have realised is that a year ago today TeeJay refused to go into the long grass with a stick and flush out a snake for me to photograph - I bring this up because today at the Homer tunnel she had me running around in front of tourists trying to get Kea's to fly into the air so she could capture the colour under their wings .

After making a total git of myself she still did not manage to get the shot she wanted. I somehow feel I have been had and that the balance will have to be restored before the end of this trip.
