Seat taken...

..autumn has arrived.
I tried making more sourdough today - dismal failure! Spent all day on them  and they just didn't rise! Could have been one or all three of the following - starter not ready, scales wrong, rising temperature too hot ( I put them in the bathroom with the handrail on as it was raining and it felt chilly! ) Back to feeding the sourdough!
