Hot chocolate

Half the family were up at 6am, the other half were up just before 9am... 

The eldest and I did some painting that needed doing and played shop (for about an hour), then I managed a sneaky snooze with the eldest before the husband and youngest were up.  The husband desperately needed the sleep. 

He hasn't seen much of the boys recently, so he had an hour or so out with them this morning, they went and had hot chocolate in a local wood, good time had by all. 

Granny (and Grandpa) saved the day today and had the boys for the afternoon.  The husband and I beetled around getting some jobs done - ceiling painted and a few other things.  She had also cooked us a wonderful Sunday lunch which was just what we needed.
