Lunch time run

I took myself off for a lunch time run today before going to meet my Director in a local pub for an afternoon working together (and we really did work together - and got lots done!) 

There was a farmer spraying the field the other side of the hedge, which made for a good picture I thought. 

We sat down to dinner this evening and the eldest let out a huge sigh, and said he needed to eat a lot as he'd had a long day at school today... (the proceeded to only eat his bread and not touch any soup, the tinker).
