Locked in

Car still at the garage & yesterday the Bavarian State Forestry started felling trees close to the house. I had hoped they would fell the very closest trees as I am sure they could fall on or very close to the house in a storm but no they started about 30 meters away. Now our walk route is completely blocked & possibly for a week or two as I suspect they will wait for frost before coming in with machinery to collect the logs.
Upside, I get the "waste" at a cheap price and it looks like there will be quite a bit.
