Hollyhocks
Report writing in the morning and gardening in the afternoon. Naomi slaved away weeding, whilst I swanned about on my motor mower. Yannick called by to price up what we want him to do with the garden and pool over the winter and then we went for a walk up a road at the edge of the village that we haven't explored before. The hollyhocks looked, at first, as if they were growing wild, but, on closer inspection, we realised that someone had planted up the wild space with a beautiful selection of flowers and trees.
