A Hot Chocolate Kind of Day

I’d arranged to meet Chloe today, and as the weather was so bad we decided to meet at the marina for lunch. We sat for an hour in Weatherspoons catching up over a Diet Coke and then we battled the wind and the rain to get to Pizza Express. Chloe kindly used her Tesco vouchers to pay for the majority of the meal, which was very nice of her.

The only problem is that it was so cold in the restaurant, so we needed to go and get warm. We went to the Laughing Dog cafe where I had this got chocolate - it certainly did the trick and we were nice and toasty when we came out.

No plans tonight, just relaxing at home with Alan and the boys - I’m getting fed up of the wind and the rain now, I think it’s been pretty constant since we got back from Singapore!
