bad day, good day...

So my day didn't exactly start well - 5 miles into my cycle run, my bike decided to 'do a Bambi on ice' and leave me sprawling on the road. An hour later I was sitting in the bath, picking gravel out of the wound on my knee. I felt like a kid again. That'll teach me to go cycling on a frosty morning!

To lighten my mood I headed to one of my favourite places of derelection and abandonment. Where better to test my new lens? Anyhow, I'm pleased with the first results - I reckon that was money well spent.
