Spooky...

Quite dark and spooky on the walk to work this morning, with the fog closing in. The path between the trees reminded me of that scene in Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, where Aragorn is about to go and ask for the aid of the army of the dead, in the Dwimorberg - he's hesitating in front of the narrow rock entrance, and the camera zooms you forward towards it but it's like it's rushing towards you..........

The way is shut.
It was made by those who are Dead.
And the Dead keep it.

Fertile imagination in the dark, eh!?

And hugely different to this afternoon! Couldn't believe it - daylight, nay even sunshine!!

Lovely drive home too, and pootling around the house setting things straight this evening. What a difference from last night :-)
