Que??

One of the projects I'm involved in at work is the mapping of our business processes. I'm not doing the bulk of the work, but helping by mapping the processes I'm in charge of.

"Piece of cake", I thought, "I've already got checklists for them. This one's straightforward, I'll start here". Quick Visio diagram and sorted. But then I made the mistake of discussing it with the project planners! What if...? What happens when...? Who does...? What does that person do when you've done...? Aaargh, who knew a simple checklist could be so complex?? And this is after an hour of them walking me through it!

One down, four to go!
