Desford Birdland

Another gentle start and a shopping trip to another garden centre and outdoor shop, then a picnic lunch in the car before going to Birdland. 

We bought their mixed bag of food for the birds and then spent an enjoyable couple of hours round the aviaries feeding the different birds. The best bit was at the end when there were a lot that would come and sit on you, as can be seen above. Each of the shots in the extras are birds sitting on my hand or arm.
