Summer Fruit

We woke to pouring rain this morning, followed by strong wind and thunderstorms. So I decided this morning to do some baking - I made chocolate chip biscuits, tan square and a chocolate/raspberry cake with peppermint icing. A good mornings work!

This afternoon I had an appointment with the Chiropracter - a bit of a manipulation and I was feeling a lot better. Then a visit to a couple of Farmerboys's elderly Aunties at the local resthome, and home to afternoon tea. The sun had come out, and surprisingly we had a lovely warm rest of the day.

This raspberry was on one of our vines. After I took the photo, I plucked it off the vine, and ate it! It was delicious.........!
