Moth

Trying to figure out what moth this is. The closest I can come is scalloped sallow moth. In any case - it was about 50 degrees F (10 degrees C) when we went out for our walk this morning and very misty/foggy. This moth was waiting to both dry out and warm up before flying, I'd guess. I liked the water droplets outlining it. Also - do you suppose those little round white things are its eggs?
