Up early to drive to a shop selling a sample of the dress A liked last time I was down-just more than half the price of a new one. Was perfect and lovely shop owner who was very supportive and helpful.
Delighted...and she chatted non stop all the way there and back about wedding preparations, work, plans for houses, Christmas, etc etc
Met up with Mt and the kids and T&Kt at the sofa shop to make collective decisions about what to buy. Changed my mind from last week but think we made some good choices.
Back to Mt’s and had a huge pile of freshly made cinnamon buns (extras) then Mx had his hair cut (first time without screaming the place down!!).
Chatted again about Christmas plans-probably at T&Kt’s again-then got the little ones to bed and stayed with them when Mt went to collect H from the train from her day in London before back round to K’s for lazy chat and watching nonsense. Relaxing day
