Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The dude who takes the spinning class organised a 3 hour charity spinathon today. I did the first 2 hours and was very glad that I didn’t have time to do the last hour as I suspect it might have killed me.

The instructor who took the first hour did a warrior theme with lots of motivational chat. “We are warriors going into battle. Facing our enemies. We will never be defeated as long as our spirits are strong. We can do anything together. WE ARE WARRIORS. Tell me, WHY ARE YOU HERE?”

And the voice in my head replied with “Because my dad was p1shed”

Luckily, I was too out of breath to say it out loud.
