Solitary Leaf

Woke up this morning with a raging sore throat AGAIN .... I am determined to shake this bug off very soon.

Start again ....... woke up this morning to a beautiful blue sky and sunshine but it's very cold ..... looked out of the bedroom window and saw this solitary leaf at the very top of the apple tree .... wanting a rest from birdies (and this being a from-inside-the-house shot too) thought I would share it with you.

I love the perfect little hole in the leaf and also the fact that the sun shining on it makes it look almost cast in bronze - so you have ..... a solitary leaf for Saturday.
