The Waiting Time

It's January. Today, although chillier than the past week, the sun is out and the garden has that look about it. You realise that, under and behind and inside, it is readying itself. Not long until the bench can be used for quiet reflection on the advent of Spring. No matter what falls from the sky in the next few days and weeks, it will come.
