I can remember when the shopping centre first opened, being amazed at the trees and very large herbaceous flowering plants that had been planted inside.  Most amazing - to me at least - were the banana trees plants.   They even produced some bananas.  

The banana trees plants have gone now, but there's plenty more to see.

This blue plaque is not fixed to a wall, but lays among some plants.  So it looks a bit grubbier than the rest.

I borrowed Anniemay's little Sony compact this morning, to play with the 'illustrator' effect (see extras).  Not sure if they work or not.
