Jigsaw mode.
Whilst still in jigsaw mode I finished off this 500 piece one of the Medina in Malta last night.
I brought it back from our trip to Malta last March. Being a bit smaller, I didn’t think it would take so long but it has taken three attempts with lots of other things (knitting) going on in between.
The rocks and bushes in the foreground and then the illuminated citadel were completed first but the thunderous sky has taken quite a bit of doing!
As it has been virtually dark all day I had no choice but to photograph it in artificial light hence I couldn’t avoid the bit of reflected light.
Still in Jigsaw mode I’ve started a wet Autumn day in New York one, on such a vile day it seems appropriate and a good occupation.
The Christmas one finished mid week has gone back to the Tittle Tattle tea shop, where most of them are sourced, to raise more money for charity. I thought it should go back quickly to be resold whilst people are in Christmas mode!
