Mellow Yellow....

A quick start this morning to get everything fed then a wee road trip to Aberdeen to collect Junior from Uni as he’s finished for Christmas and had a lot of stuff to come home.
Made a wee detour via Johnshaven on the way up as I haven’t been there since I stayed once  30 years ago .
Spotted this wee boat tied up in the harbour.
Up to Aberdeen by 12.30 then back home by 5.30pm. It took an hour to get from the Forth bridge to home thanks to the Edinburgh bypass tonight.
Filled up with diesel when I got back so the days trip was £40 quid on diesel, 305 miles and 44 mpg plus 8 hrs I could have been gainfully employed at home ! Still, saw some countryside ,and a change is as good as a rest  !
