Christmas is coming

I walked down to the village this morning and made two visits. I first went to The Old Barn Hall for the annual Christmas Fair. It was very busy and I met several friends. There was a great atmosphere as the local steel band group were playing. I didn’t buy much. There were all sorts of lovely things for sale, but somehow they weren’t suitable for anyone on my list. From there I visited the church where local organisations have erected Christmas trees. My own WI have always done one, but this year I really preferred this one, made of pom-poms.
