Coming in to land.

A noisy shot owing to the shutter speed demanding a very high ISO.  No inspiration so I tried taking bird in flight shots.  All were poor but this one of the BlueTit  ( Cyanistes caeruleus ) being bullied off the perch by the Greenfinch ( Carduelis chloris ) appealed most.  Taking the shot with the sky behind didn't help either.

For record purposes today was the first day we have had any sort of covering of snow in the garden this winter.  It was very thin but it's a start.
