Spiral

Spirals are apparently having a moment, in culinary terms.  CarbBoy is then well ahead of the trend: this (with a recent increase in volume) has been his lunch sandwich for four years now.  Attempts to introduce variety are met with contempt.  But then Mr B ate honey sandwiches for lunch from 11-18, so perhaps the apple doesn't fall so far from the proverbial.

Speaking of MrB, he is back in the homeland, having dinner with the ever-lovely Aunty Betty.
