Home and preparation

We had a fast 3 hours and 20 minute train back to North Cumbria. It's great  when there are no delays.
I finally got the mince pie cases cooked ready for the mince meat to go in tomorrow. It's a Scottish shortbread recipe of mums. They are delicious.
