Stollen.....

.....Ta-daaaa!
The Stollen turned out well! I didn't have all the usual spices on board but I have cinammon and I made the stollen from memory rather than a recipe.
We just had some with coffee and it's delicious. 
Christmas is saved! This will be my breakfast tomorrow morning - two slices ;-)

It has rained all day so we have stayed in doing the jigsaw - apart from Bella-May's walkies.

I even had an afternoon nap; Frank told me I had said 'I have to put the kettle on' in my sleep. I don't know what I was dreaming. :-D
