Frozen

I did my blip early today - it was barely light. I'm not sure where the rest of the day went - mainly spent trying to work out how to fly BMC Remedy CMDB Configuration without any instructions. The next few months are going to be great fun!!!

The day ended an a good note. As I was about to get my coat to leave, The Customer Service Manager came out of a conference call to ask me to stay for a few minutes while he finished. I was busy looking for a telephone directory when he came over to thank me for urgent work I did yesterday and ask about a few other problems and issues.
