Friday: Havana

We’re not actually in Havana - we met Janice for lunch at ‘Havana’ on Commercial Drive.  It was great to catch up - it’s been a while since we saw each other.  Our food was a bit disappointing, though - the restaurant was closed for awhile for refurbishments and it hasn’t been quite as good since it reopened.  Didn’t take away from the excellent company, though.

Earlier in the day, K was at the cat sanctuary while I caught up on a few things at home.  I’m really enjoying this time off.
