Thwarted plans

We were due to have visitors and go out to lunch today, but Max rang early this morning to say that Rory had been up all night very poorly. It seems he has food poisoning after eating at an Indian restaurant! Plans cancelled, I carried on with a clean up and as I had postponed the restaurant to next week, we tried out the new Turkish that opened last week in the village. All very nice, and walking distance, so we will definitely go again, as and when the diet allows. 

The Rose is a newly grown flower in the courtyard, the seasons seem a little out of sync!
