Puppy Dog Ears
I had an hours' physio session with Judit this morning, 30 mins on my shoulder and another 30 mins on my achilles/calf. I told her about my back and neck ache that I've been having since the weekend and also that my shoulder has been aching a little more. She said it's all pretty normal as I'm starting to do more and said that also the weather can be a contributory factor. But the good news is that she's happy with my progress.
From there I drove to Kate's friend Jacqui's for lunch and to meet Willow and Reggie who are rescue chihuahua's. Little Reggie is now 7 weeks old and is thriving, he's so adorable - look at those ears! He would have fitted nicely in my bag :-) You can see Kate's blip here and I've added a couple of other pics to my extras.
On my way home I stopped off at the gym, not to have a work out but to meet Alison of a hot chocolate and a catch up. I'll attempt to get back to the gym next week.
Alan was late home tonight as it was one of his colleague's leaving drinks, and after preparing the dinner I nodded off on the sofa until just before he got home. After dinner we've booked a gite in Riquewihr in the Alsace (where we’ve been before) for Christmas - I know we've only just had Christmas, but believe it or not most places are already booked up, so we had to make a decision!
Thinking of Dad on what would have been his 91st birthday - Happy birthday dad! x
