A Tootsie Sighting!

Dear Diary,

This is the first time this winter that I've seen Tootsie and the girls!  She is so recognizable with that pure white head.  It was, unfortunately, across the street so not the best photograph but it is better than nothing.  Maybe they will make their way to my back porch soon.  Today, it supposed to reach the mid-50'sF and rain will ease its way in this afternoon and be quite heavy at times through tomorrow morning.  I'm watching the ice line as further north of me a severe ice storm is predicted.  I hope it stays north as I fear ice most of all.  Fingers crossed.
