6th form, Sheffield High School for Girls, 1931/2

Here is Lorna with some of her sixth form class members and a teacher (or possibly two?) at Sheffield High School for Girls in 1931/2. The school still exists today as Sheffield Girls' School. Famous alumni include AS Byatt and her sister Margaret Drabble (according to Wikipedia).

In this shot Lorna is on the back row, third from the right. Her head is inclined towards her friend Joyce. We first 'met' Joyce in the photograph that we blipped yesterday.
