Newport City Centre

I was stuck at home waiting for a Royal Mail guaranteed before 1pm delivery which never arrived!  After registering a complaint, I had a bit of spare time so headed into Newport City Centre to do some 'street photography' and re-visit the superb Ron McCormick photography display in the library.
