Rock

Two beautiful sunny days in a row!  This is another of the painted stones which I have been finding around the village (you may recall me having blipped some of them before).  This one, I think, relates to the game 'scissors, stone/rock, paper', which I think is a clever idea.  

After encouragement from a colleague, I went along to a Pilates class which is run during the lunch break at work on Tuesdays.  It was a really positive experience - very relaxing, sociable and I can feel the muscles we were working!  Hopefully I will be able to make this a weekly event in my diary.
