On the beach

Left our lovely hosts at Amori Lodge in Taupo this morning and did a flying visit to the Huka Fall before we set off for Hawara on the West Coast. A very long and quite tiring drive but we saw some spectacular scenery along the way.
Now tucked up in yet another fab B&B.
Found some food in town and then headed out of town to the beach at Ohawe. The sand on the beach is as black as it was white at the Bay of Plenty 3 days ago. Caught the Golden hour. Had fun photographing some jet skiers but the images aren’t very crisp. Must be more careful with my settings next time.
Oh and all here is overlooked by stunning Mount Taranaki. I shall hope to get some blippable images of it tomorrow.
