Lickey Woods in the Bleakest Midwinter

The weather forecasters had promised us a day of heavy snow today and they got it spot on. When it eased off a bit at lunchtime I couldn't resist heading out to get a shot for my sequence of this view in Lickey Woods.

It is certainly a big contrast from the December blip in the sequence.
