Rewards time

Another night of little sleep and an early start to try and beat the heat. Dreary morning of drizzle, sandfly bonanza, endless river crossings followed by a gruelling ascent up Ben Lomond coming up from round the back as the sun emerged in its full glory. Misjudged my water and energy so not really a very fun day but did find some cake when I got back . All showered now but still sweating away in the overheated dorm, feel like I will never be cool again.
