A victim of the new year ?

Happiness is................. the gym schedule is back to "normal" i.e. Debbie was back, so I did the 7 am yoga class.

When we exited the class......there was an ambulance at the door of the gym and this SCENE, playing out, in the ladies change room.

I don't know the details....

But, I couldn't help wonder, if the "victim" was a new year newbie, who bit off more than they could chew ?

I didn't wait to find out, instead I headed for the pool and sauna, for more ME time.

I then headed home...........

No video today, but I did send an e-mail to my list.
