Singapore airport
We've left the worst (Heathrow) and are now in what is often voted the best. The contrast is immediate, light, carpets, space, koi carp pools, butterfly world and good organisation.
After reading of the shambles at Heathrow after we had left - people left in the plane for seven hours, no information given, loads sleeping in the airport and good old BA turning all its phones off. All because of 50 mm of snow ( max) that they'd known was coming for days.
Our plane was late because they hadn't enough de-icing machines to treat the wings. The same thing happened 2 years ago. Isn't the pursuit of profit for the shareholders over investment to benefit the passengers a wonderful thing.
