Today I worked at home, only semi-productively thanks to my twin demons.  I did however cook a rather good vegan chorizo pasta for the family tonight, inspired by the BOSH boys recipe.

Bit of a triple dip health wise today for the family as a whole. Strider is the only fully fit member of the family. But tomorrow night’s meeting of the IAP (Integrated Alcohol Partnership) has been cancelled so I will at least be able to avoid the effects of that... might even try and have a sober weekend.
