Ella is 8

I managed a couple of hours sleep after watching “Official Secrets” about a whistleblower from GSHQ during the Iraq war and a brilliant Reece Witherspoon in ‘Judy’ - a well-deserved Oscar.

As always T5 at Heathrow was crowded and horrible - huge queues at the cafes and we were desperate for a coffee to keep us awake. The flight was late but we got back in time to see Ella on her 8th birthday. This is her and her friend Kate.

We are tired but go5 the house warmed up before an early night.
