Jolly Snowmen

I have been out delivering the morning paper round on pavements and roads that are icy and crunchy.
I am always prayerful as I tread these terrible surfaces and realise how fortunate and humbled I feel to stay upright.
I was amused to see these jolly snowmen in a front garden on Blackburn Road, a nice detached Victorian house.
Maria returned to St. Mary's College after a wonderful Snow Day.
She is a great cook and made vegetable rice and some chocolate muffins yesterday evening.
